I start waking at 5:15am but it takes 2 strong cups of java to engage my brain. Then I enjoy the wonderful Florida mornings especially at this time of the year. I meditate with some ambient sounds while "listening" to nature do its thing.

My days always start the same at 5:30 and the first hour is in prayer, the second exercising, the third is preparing and eating my breakfast as well as reading the paper. From there it is on to my day of sharing the concept of Juice Plus+ (fruits and vegetables in capsule form) to as many people as possible. Thanks for inviting me to this group. Connie

6 am east is 3 am on the west...that might work for me..i return from my gym workout at 2am, take a shower and meditate with herb tea before bedtime...i can replace the herb tea with this before bedtime...

i woke up late with my coffee and brunch, after feeding my cat and goldfish. and meditated as a drank my coffee. now, ready to start my day...

As I regain wakeful consciousness, I begin to breathe deeply and fully. My belly rises first followed by a slight raising of my chest. This is the stage that requires effort much like an archer pulling back on the bow string. I then consciously let the breath exit with no effort nor restriction like the arrow leaving the bow. Ten times and I am filled with the life force that animates all life. I then ground and release all electrical and magnetic energies that are not aligned with my highest good. From here I place myself in a field of spinning/opposing energy in the shape of a Platonic solid so I can be a sensitive antennae to receive my guidance that is broadcast 24/7/365 just for me. I alternate days following now with yoga or meditation, sometimes both. Good morning Campers!

6 a.m. hahaha.... still checking for holes in my eyelids....have fun! I awake to a good stretch, followed by being thankful to the universe for my New Day. Followed by my Ohm's, and emails. Then look at my calender to see what is scheduled for my day ahead. But, a group meditation sounds like a great idea.

Wonderful! In my journey, I have been effective in implementing many wonderful practices in my life, but have not developed the ability to meditate as deeply and consistently as I know I should for full benefit. I could really use this support and I am so grateful for this idea. Thank you June for the idea, and to Cynthia for starting this group and running with idea! Yes, Cynthia, it is very exciting, and I have always felt such a deep connection meditating in a group, but the group meditations that I've found are always at night, and that really conflicts with my work schedule and the remaining family time I'm able to carve out. I had been asking my angels recently to provide a morning group, and you can't get more convenient than this. So thanks to my angels as well!

I sit on the porch, sipping coffee, and watch the trees and nature as the sun rises to lighten the day.
