Tell us your Conscious Calling?
I believe in living deliberate every day, or atleast making an attempt at it!
What is your secret to healthy living?
Starting each day by waking up with a smile on my face. This is a lesson that I learned from my Grandmother.
What would you like to say?
I believe that life can be as simple as we choose it to be.
About Me:
I am married to Tom Bell. We have 4 children. Will, 35 Sean 24, and 2 adopted children, Jacob 3 and Angel 1. I am artistic minded, enjoy spiritual living, believe I am thrifty and live debt free! We try to live a spirit filled life and extend this to everyone we meet.
My husband and I make soy candles and stained glass items with crystals (butterflies, hearts, sun catchers, crosses, business card holders) We enjoy being outside and working in our garden. Lots to do and loving every minute of it. Pat

Generosity, a lesson learned from a child

Posted on September 24, 2009 at 11:38am 0 Comments

You know I love blogging about my children. I have a grown family and now my husband and I have adopted two children and are starting over raising them. Whew! What I have found is that if you listen, and watch you can learn so much about life from these little buggers it is absolutly amazing! My son, who is now 3 has become the most loving and generous child. He was having his hair cut the other day and like a grown man when the stylist (my sister) brushed him off, removed the cape, he stepped… Continue

Autism Made In The U.S.A. a Gary Null Production

Today I watched Gary Nulls production Autism Made In The U.S.A. Boy is it a powerful message. We a country so rich in all resources are poisoning our children with our excess! Our children should never be silent and it is up to us to give them back their voices. It was a very powerful movie outlining the potential causes for a multitude of illness that can cause not only autism but many other syndromes as well. It was kinda technically boring at the start of the film but by the end you… Continue

When was the last time you were touched?

Posted on August 14, 2009 at 8:52am 0 Comments

I was "touched" yesterday. I thought I was being "touched" everyday, but boy was I wrong! I went to the funeral of a dear friend, an elderly lady who was a previous patient of mine. I cried because I was sad, but mostly because I was "touched". As I sat there it became increasing obvious that this woman,(who had many friends), had loved each of us individually and uniquely but equally the same way. We all shared stories of Bee and what she meant to us. We all told the same story of the standard… Continue

Perspective Is Everything!

Posted on July 23, 2009 at 11:10pm 1 Comment

My son came out from a room in the back of our home tonight, grinning from ear to ear with excitement over something that he thought was in his words,"absolutly beautiful!" My husband and I looked at him with sheer horror as it was QUITE evident that he has found a pair of scissors and cut his hair. He is only 3 and was very proud of his ability to handle such a grown up task. The minute he saw the anger and fear on both of our faces (he nicked his ear in the process) he jubilance turned to… Continue
