I have a great story to share with you. Yesterday, I got to go with one of my best friends to see a broadway-like show called, "The Senior Follies." Her mom was one of the dancers who performed. There was singing, dancing, comedy, a ventriliquist, a magician, and acting. Every single person who performed in the show was from the ages of 55 to their mid-80's. My friend's mom is 71 years young.
Watching these performers put their heart and souls into their performances was very… Continue

I was walking towards a local award ceremony when a women standing outside greeted me by name. She continued,” So the MD’s are at it again trying to discredit chiropractors, did you see the science report on NBC the other night?”
“Yes,” I said, “I caught part of it and I thought one of the M.D’s was honest enough to say that he did think there was not enough proof that chiropractic caused strokes.”
I continued” You know in my practice, I take a detailed medical… Continue

Notes to Myself
I was relaxing on the beach yesterday reading a good book. I saw myself in the main character. I was rooting for her, wondering how she was going to resolve her challenges. I thought about my current issues and I sat for a moment wondering how it would all work out. I am unable to see how it will unfold, although I trust that all will be good in the end. I reminded myself of all the insurmountable issues I've overcome. All of the times that… Continue

In an effort to address what is sometimes referred to as “alignment” of the personality vehicles I would like to point to a few of the interactions between the vehicles themselves. The Continue
polarization or “focus” of personal identity predominantly in one vehicle
subdues or effectively moves the activities of the others into the background.
As we are all aware the human…

Salt, or sodium, is a required nutrient in the diet. It helps regulate fluid balance and promotes proper muscle function. The body requires sodium in specific amounts but the need varies from person to person. A range of 1,800 to 2,400 milligrams, or about one teaspoon of salt, is considered to be a healthy daily dose for most people. Athletes** and those living in humid climates may require more.
You have undoubtedly heard about the dangers of salt and how it contributes to high… Continue

More and more scientists are recognizing the value and critical need to protect the walls of the arteries against LDL (low density lipoprotein) inflammation and oxidation. Such issues (particularly inflammation) correlates HIGHLY with major diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and various other degenerative problems.
Now for the good news. Research continues to show that a unique extract that is found in black tea – Theaflavins – have multiple, positive applications for the… Continue

Move over American Idol and Dancing with the Stars, now there’s, “The Next Top Spiritual Author”. Last year I self-published a mini book through a program conducted by Robert Evans. The lessons learned through the program were invaluable in enabling me to become clear and concise about my message and time management in daily writing. The paper back mini book that was self published is titled,… Continue

As a child, I was brought up in conventional churches under the belief system that if you had psychic giftings, it was of the devil. I was not taught spirituality at a young Continue
age, so as I grew up, I always thought that being psychic was a very bad
thing, and that those who had these gifts would go to Hell. Yep, that's
what I was taught. It's funny how the scholars after the burning of the
Great Library of Alexandria in the 4th century edited the Bible…

Most of you know the names. Gatorade. Powerade.
Some of you know the other names. Hammer. Cliff.
These are THE big names in the world of endurance or “Sports Drinks.” Yes, they work by providing the body basically liquid, diluted carbohydrates, electrolytes and calories in general. I’m always playing with the energy of money – aligning and realigning what I’m doing in my life and business towards the energy of what I want to create. Sometimes this involves subtle course corrections, and sometimes major overhauls are required.
But what if money isn’t flowing in at all? What if you’re totally broke, no-one is hiring you, no clients are coming in, and the cash flow has dwindled to nothing?
In this case, the necessary course correction is actually pretty… Continue

The term “financial freedom” gets tossed around a lot. It means different things to different people. I’ve heard people consider living debt-free to be financial freedom. The most common definition I run across, though, is “having enough money to do what I want with my life.”
Often the context is that we do what we “have to” now, in order to make money. Once the money is in the bank, we can pursue our true passions and purpose.
But what if pursuing our true passions and… Continue
