Anyone else upset about being lied to about the global warming...changed to climate change? It's always been "good" to be responsible... and then they have to go and make up stories, change data and out right lie to us to make money! There is good and bad on both the right and the left... Some 20 years ago, I worked with a gentleman named Ed. I considered him the most intelligent person I ever met and continue to do so until this day. He was a counselor extraordinaire and I would watch in admiration how he would work with people, weaving in and out with the perfect word, phrase or gesture, or simply allowing silence to do the talking. Of course, people responded and over time, their lives would change for the better.
I used to wonder what it would be like if I was as… Continue

There are times in life when opportunities present itself through no effort of your own. The Universe conspires to help, the stars are in alignment or maybe God is just feeling particularly good today.
Other times, we have to take the “Napoleon approach” to life. When surrounded by his generals who were complaining that the circumstances were poor and unmanageable, Napoleon said, “Circumstances? I create circumstances!”
This week, I decided to create… Continue

A new study done by scientists from the U. of Cincinnati Health Center showed that drinking wild blueberry juice every day improved the memory of (aging) adults with memory challenges.
